Telephone Enquiries: Due to the high volume of sales orders we receieve it we may find it difficult to answer telephone calls.
Order Status: We use an online order status system which tells you what the current status of your order is. To track your order online simply refer to the confirmation email we sent you when you placed your order. This contains a link to your order.
Emails: We try to answer all emails on the day of receipt. If we don't get to yours within this time we apologise. However, this means that we are working hard to meet delivery schedules, not that we are skiving and enjoying a cup of tea or two.
